Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven AI Automation Specialist who is passionate about building intelligent systems that solve real business problems. At Nerve Cells AI, we are building and selling Automation as a Service (AaaS) - which means you won't just be automating things internally, you'll be designing and delivering automation solutions for our clients across industries.

If you have at least 1 year of experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow systems - and you're the kind of person who gets excited about replacing manual processes with smart, scalable solutions - we want to talk to you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows for clients using platforms like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
• Develop and manage WhatsApp automation flows for lead generation, nurturing, support, and broadcasts
• Build LinkedIn automation sequences for outreach, lead generation, and connection campaigns
• Set up and manage AI Voice Calling Agents for follow-ups, appointment reminders, and lead qualification using platforms like Bland.ai or Vapi.ai
• Design and deploy Multi-Agent AI Systems using frameworks like CrewAI, LangChain, or AutoGen
• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into client workflows and business processes
• Automate HR, operations, sales, and marketing processes for clients as part of our AaaS offerings
• Build RAG-based AI solutions that allow clients to query their own documents and databases intelligently
• Connect and sync tools like CRMs, Google Sheets, Airtable, and communication platforms into unified automation ecosystems
• Document all automation workflows, SOPs, and client delivery assets clearly and professionally
• Collaborate with the team to identify, pitch, and scope new automation opportunities for prospective clients

Educational Requirement

Graduate in any discipline. Preferred: B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. IT / MCA or any technical stream. Candidates from non-technical backgrounds with strong hands-on automation experience and a proven project portfolio will be equally considered.

Salary

₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skill assessment)

Location: In-office · Chandigarh / Tricity

Working Days

6-day work week, but currently running 5 days working. We may shift to 6-day work or alternate saturday workings depending on workload requirements.

Working Hours

10 AM to 6: 30 PM with flexibility based on the work requirement.
