  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar

What You Will Be Doing

Administrative Duties:

  1. Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  3. Provide support for CEO-initiated special projects.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  5. Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

 

Managerial Duties:

  1. Supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
  2. Oversee project management tasks, coordinating team activities and monitoring timelines.
  3. Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  4. Coordinate project-based work and follow up on tasks and deadlines.

 

Meeting Coordination:

  1. Schedule and organise meetings and events for the CEO, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  2. Coordinate logistics for team events, conferences, and other meetings.

 

Communication:

  1. Serve as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  2. Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms.

 

Problem Solving:

  1. Conduct research and compile information as needed.
  2. Address and resolve administrative or operational issues.
  3. Assist in decision-making by providing timely and accurate information.

 

Travel Management:

  1. Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
  2. Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
  3. Be ready to travel domestically and internationally, if required.

 

Other Duties:

  1. Handle special projects assigned by executives.
  2. Manage office supplies and inventory.
  3. All tasks related to the Human Resource department
  4. Track daily expenses and prepare reports.
  5. Handling client communication.
  6. Taking care of projects whenever required.
  7. Perform other duties as needed.

Bonus Points for Familiarity with

Knowledge of tools like Canva, AI tools, and PowerPoint presentation, Slack, MS Teams, and Deep knowledge of Research processes.

Educational Requirement

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.

Salary

The Salary (CTC) offered: 2 to 3,00,000/- Annually, Maximum

Working Days

Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Working Hours

From 10:00 AM

8 hours a day, excluding breaks.
