You’re as comfortable leading design strategy as you are pushing pixels in Figma. You thrive in collaborative spaces, but can take complete ownership when needed. Most importantly, you care deeply about the user; every flow, every pixel, every decision is in service of creating seamless experiences.
What You Will Be Doing

- Drive UI/UX design strategy for assigned projects, from early concepts to polished deliverables.
- Create high-quality outputs: wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, storyboards, and site maps.
- Build brand-aligned design systems for both mobile and web products.
- Craft visual design systems using illustration or photography-based graphics.
- Test, evaluate, and refine designs using user feedback and analytics.
- Lead end-to-end design projects, running workshops, defining goals, and ensuring smooth execution with development teams.
- Mentor and inspire designers, giving constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of your designs.

Educational Requirement

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field.
- Strong professional portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and visual style.

The Salary (CTC) offered: 3.5 to 4,80,000/- Annually, Maximum
